You’re ready to make a move right now towards living your life with more ease, both for your body and heart. 

The secret to living with ease from the wisdom of your heart is found through the breath in your Joy Core Connection.

Take a breath, right now and as you exhale, count slowly to three. Feel the breath move through your body, taking time to acknowledge your present state of being. At that moment, you find clarity. This is who you are and where you are right now. It can be as simple as that. 

That’s why I’ve created a $99 4-week starter course for you (which includes a 60-minute 1:1 lesson with Frances Adamson, certified Yoga Therapist). 

You can enjoy this affordable, foundational course that allows you to learn the basics of working from your breath and body to calm and heal yourself from the privacy of your own home as it takes place exclusively online. 

Inside the program, you’ll work with yoga poses and your breath to learn to activate your joy core from your fingertips to your tippy toes. 

But your first step is essential. 

That’s why in your very first week, you will work 1:1 with me for sixty minutes. During our time together, I will:  

Assess where you are both physically and emotionally as I guide you through movements to ensure that you are safe and comfortable. 

  • Then I design a personal lesson for you to practice at home based on your current mobility and what you enjoy. 
  • Your lesson will include variations and modifications of the foundational course to successfully complete the movements within your range and ability. Everybody is a yoga body.
  • Finally, you’ll be sent a cheat sheet of the yoga practice, along with a video of the 1:1 lesson to revisit.
  • Each of the following weeks, you will participate in a new video lesson as well as guided practice. Kickstarted by a mindset coaching video to get you primed and confident about your week.

Four weeks will end before you know it. What you make out of it will matter most.
