Yoga for Teens is an excellent way to help deal with the overwhelming emotional and physical changes that happen during adolescence. Teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed and find it easier to tap into their potential.

Learn about life through the Practice of Yoga.

The 4-Week Challenge

  • 1 ½  hour classes for 4 weeks
  • Link to recording of classes each week
  •  A cheatsheet to practice at home
  • Coaching element- how to shift your mindset to support your progress
