We’ll take time to warm up with simple movements that invigorate the spine releasing held tension in your muscles and preparing your mind for a guided meditation. 

 

Our theme for the day is Self-Discovery, tuning into your heart for wisdom and guidance. Come and experience an online event that will connect you to your breath, your body, your Joy Core.
